BROCTON - Scott Stein, 27, of Brocton was arrested for fifth-degree criminal possession of marihuana and unlawful possession of Marihuana on Thursday, Dec. 13.
According to the police office, Stein was pulled over on Main St., in the Village of Brocton for allegedly having no plate lamps. He was allegedly found to be in possession of over 44 grams of marihuana and a marihuana smoking pipe with residue. He was issued an appearance ticket for Brocton Village Court on Wednesday, Jan. 2.
SHERMAN - Jared Sundlov, 23, of Mayville was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Sunday, Dec. 23.
According to the police office, troopers allegedly observed a truck on Route 430 in Sherman that had been wrecked and abandoned. An investigation revealed Sundlov had allegedly driven the truck in an intoxicated condition, exited the roadway causing an accident and fled the scene. Sundlov was arrested and transported to the State Police barracks in Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of 0.15. Sundlov was then processed, issued several tickets, including leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and turned over to a sober individual. Sundlov is scheduled to appear in Sherman Town Court on a later date to answer the charges.
