October 11 Trip
We are planning a trip to the 20th anniversary of the Old-Fashioned Christmas in the Woods in Columbiana, Ohio on Oct 11. Here is your opportunity to shop for holiday and traditional crafts from some of the country's best craftspeople. There will be 200 of the country's top craftspeople and artisans demonstrating and selling their handcrafted items, a large variety of food booths as well as live entertainment, in a charming wooded setting with graveled pathways for shopper's convenience. Cost: $47.00 with meals on your own. For more information or to make your reservations, telephone the Westfield Recreation Dept.
The Westfield Recreation Dept. held their annual Senior Citizen's Dinner at the United Methodist Church on April 24 and is grateful to the following organizations and individuals who helped make the event a success: McDonald's Restaurant, Union Relief, Laureate Alpha Phi, Women of the Moose, United Methodist Church, Ms. Nancy Nixon-Ensign and Mrs. Ann Ressler.
Village of Westfield Walking Trails
There are five measured walking trails in the Village of Westfield. They are pictured on signs in Moore Park and the Welch Field. The trails are marked with color coded signs. Maps are also available at the Village of Westfield window in the Eason Hall.
