A 17-year-old female was charged with violation of the curfew law on April 13. Just before 12 a.m., police investigated an incident on East Main Street. During this investigation, the female was found in alleged violation of the village's curfew. Her name was not released by police. The female was released to appear in Westfield Village Court at a later date.
Joshua R. Morton, 20, of North East, Pa., was charged with disorderly conduct on April 14. At 9:35 p.m., Morton was allegedly making unreasonable noise along East Main Street. He was allegedly operating his truck in a manner causing disturbance. Morton was released to appear in Westfield Village Court at a later date.
Jennifer L. McArthur, 24, of Mayville was charged with having no or inadequate stop lamps and unlawful possession of marijuana on April 15. Police stopped McArthur's vehicle on Jefferson Street just before 9:30 p.m., for an alleged equipment violation. During the traffic stop, McArthur and her passenger, John P. Houser, 25, of East Main Street were both to allegedly be in possession of marijuana. Houser was also found to be allegedly in possession of narcotic pain killers which he did not have a prescription for. Houser was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both Houser and McArthur were issued to appear in Westfield Village Court.
