Carol Auge Breads, 83, of Mayville, died Friday (March 21, 2014) at Absolut of Westfield.
She was born March 29, 1930 in Chautauqua, NY, the daughter of the late Warner and Iva Dickenson Miller.
Carol had been a secretary for many years at the Chautauqua Elementary School, she had also worked at the Department of Social Services for Chautauqua County in Mayville for many years.
She was a member Lake Chautauqua Memorial Post 8647 VFW Auxiliary in Mayville, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Jamestown.
Carol enjoyed doing genealogy and family history. She loved and enjoyed her grandchildren.
She is survived by her six children Stephanie Good Bear of Ashville, E. David Auge of Panama, Darwyn (Judy) Auge of Niobe, Julia (Tim) Nickerson of Mayville, Warner (Karen) Auge of Clinton Maine, and Gilbert (Sandy) Auge of Mayville; 24 grandchildren, and 27 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Eldon E. Auge, her second husband, Don W. Breads; two sisters, Jane Ann Ward, and Marilyn Miller; three brothers, William Miller, Roger Miller, and Ronald Miller.
The funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. Monday in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Jamestown. Burial was in the North Harmony Cemetery.
The family received friends from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Monday prior to the funeral at the church.
