Billy J. Craday, 78, of Corry, Pennsylvania, died Sunday January 19, 2014, at Corry Manor Nursing Home, Corry, Pennsylvania.

He was born April 3, 1935, in Fagus, Missouri, the son of the late Lester and Ella Morris Crady.

Billy previously worked at Maplevale, and his last employment was at Peek'n Peak Resort, having worked as an assistant manager, manager at the rental shop, and telephone technician. He was a past member of the Corry Country Club, Corry Elks Club. He was a US Air Force veteran having served 4 years. Billy attended the Clymer United Methodist Church. He liked to fish and play golf, and was an avid wine maker and loved to cook.

He is survived by his wife Judith Emory Craday, of Corry, PA; Son, Douglas (Claudia) Craday, of Warren, PA; Daughter, Debra (Sean) Kinal, of Westfield, NY; Denise Craday, Clymer, NY; Step Children, Craig Bensink, of Erie, PA., Mark Bensink of Clymer, NY, Shelly (Keith) Cady, Sherman, NY; Grandchildren, Ryan Kinal of Warren, Pa., Cory (Sarah) Kinal, of Hickory, NY., Leah Kinal, of Mayville, NY., Shelly (Will) Kruger, La Grange, GA., Meagan (Josh) Morgan, of Warren, PA., Kayce Craday, and Shane Craday both of Warren, PA., Step-Grandchildren, Jade Bensink, Ohio, Masen Bensink, and Halie Bensink of Georgia, and Allison Cady, of Sherman, NY. Six Great Grandchildren, Hunter and Jackson Babcock, Brysen and Savanna Kruger, Jacob Meleen and Levi Burlingame, also by the mother of his children Bobbi Damon Poorman.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a Brother, Gene Crady, and a Great Grand-Daughter, Emma Babcock.

The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 23, 2014 at the Spitzer Funeral Home, Clymer, with Rev. Carolyn Stow, pastor of the Clymer United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.

Friends were received Wednesday, January 22, from 2:00 to 4 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Clymer United Methodist Church building fund, Elgin Beaver Dam Fire Department, Clymer Fire Department, and the Regional Hospice of Corry, PA.
