The Westfield Stray Cat Rescue's second hand store, The Thrifty Kitty, located at 59 E. Main St, Westfield, is excited to announce the recent opening of their Christmas Annex.
The Thrifty Kitty Christmas Annex is a true store of giving.
Let's begin with the empty storefront adjacent to The Thrifty kitty, whose space was donated by the store owner for WSCR to display and sell the generous Christmas items given by local community residents.

The Christmas Annex, located at 59 E. Main St, Westfield, is now open. 100 percent of the proceeds from the sale of the donated items goes to help fund The Thrifty Kitty, a no-kill cat shelter also locted in Westfield.
Volunteers man both the stores, which support the WSCR shelter located above The Thrifty Kitty.
WSCR, a no-kill shelter, is dedicated to meeting the physical, social and medical needs of cats in our local area. Foremost, the all-volunteer team of WSCR is to place stray cats in forever homes.
The Thrifty Kitty, The Christmas Annex and WSCR are open Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m..
Help raise funds by shopping WSCR's thrift stores, donating your unwanted Christmas items to the Christmas Annex and gently used clothing, jewelry and household items, to The Thrifty Kitty with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting stray cats.
WSCR FeLV tests, vaccinates and spay/neuters their cats before they are available for adoption to ensure they are healthy and to cut down on the over population of unwanted cats.
The low, $40 dollar adoption fee at WSCR is made possible by the volunteers who give their time and the local residents who generously donate monetarily and second hand merchandise.
