According to Brenda Backus, YWCA Child Care Director, "the YWCA staff typically works in small groups, focused on child care activities, they rarely work collectively as a group, the activities experienced during a ropes course helped employees see each other in a different light. They experienced different leadership styles, creative problem solving and communication." Backus continued, "the Mission Meadows staff was easy to work with, flexible and very cost effective."
