November 21, 2013
Westfield Republican / Mayville Sentinel News

According to Brenda Backus, YWCA Child Care Director, "the YWCA staff typically works in small groups, focused on child care activities, they rarely work collectively as a group, the activities experienced during a ropes course helped employees see each other in a different light. They experienced different leadership styles, creative problem solving and communication." Backus continued, "the Mission Meadows staff was easy to work with, flexible and very cost effective."

The YWCA Westfield offers a variety of child care services and support for youth ages 33 months through high school. More information about child care services and the YWCA Westfield is available by calling 326-4012; Mission Meadows can be reached at 326-5932.
