Beach glass class set for Nov. 2

NORTH EAST, Pa. - Artist and educator Christine French is again offering another wonderful class on how to create beach glass jewelry using several gages of wire.

Christine started teaching this class in January of this year at the North East Arts Council and had over 17 students attend, one as far away as York, Pennsylvania. Since then she has taught this class at the Garrettsville Garden Group, the Cleveland Institute of Art, the Jamestown Audubon Center and Sanctuary, Lakeland Community College, and the Erie Art Museum. She has received rave reviews from all places.

The next and last class she will offer this year will be again for the North East Arts Council on Saturday, Nov. 2 . She is working with Relish Gallery in Erie to teach classes next year at the Great Lakes Beach Glass and Coastal Arts Festival on Memorial Weekend. She will be the only instructor teaching beach glass jewelry classes at the festival.
