Air Force Airman 1st Class James G. Privateer graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Privateer earned distinction as an honor graduate.

He is the son of Jennifer Privateer of Southeast 40th Street, Ocala, Fla., and grandson of Pat Privateer of Cushing Street, Fredonia, N.Y.

The airman is a 2009 graduate of Forest High School, Ocala, Fla.

Air Force Reserve Airman 1st Class Dale N. Ransom graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.

Ransom earned distinction as an honor graduate.

He is the son of Dale and Donna Ransom of Lowell Road, Fredonia.

The airman is a 2009 graduate of Brocton Central School. He earned an associate degree in 2011 from Jamestown Community College.

Army Spec. Benjamin C. Wickerham has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C.

During the nine weeks of training, the soldier studied the Army mission, history, tradition and core values, physical fitness, and received instruction and practice in basic combat skills, military weapons, chemical warfare and bayonet training, drill and ceremony, marching, rifle marksmanship, armed and unarmed combat, map reading, field tactics, military courtesy, military justice system, basic first aid, foot marches, and field training exercises.

Wickerham is the son of Mark and Laurie Wickerham of Greenhurst Avenue, Greenhurst.

He is a 2003 graduate of Maple Grove Junior/Senior High School, Bemus Point. He earned a bachelor's degree in 2007 from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn.

Air Force Airman Bradley C. Sischo graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.

Sischo is the son of Chad and Dolores Sischo of Route 62, Kennedy, N.Y.
