Patterson Library is now looking for donations of auction items, big and small, to help make their upcoming fundraiser a big success. Dinners, artwork, services, antiques and furniture will be among the hundreds of auction items up for bid at the Benefit Auction and BBQ Dinner on Wednesday, Aug. 14, at Westfield's Eason Hall. All proceeds benefit Patterson Library.
A limited number of tickets to the Chicken BBQ are available at the Library for $10 presale only. Auction attendance is free. The BBQ dinner is available from 5:30-6:30 p.m. BYOB if you so desire.
For the smaller items, a Silent Auction is held from 5:00-6:30 p.m. where great deals are always to be found. Big ticket items will be featured in a Live Auction beginning at 6:45 p.m. with auctioneer David Brown leading the proceedings.
David Brown will be the auctioneer at this year’s Patterson Library Benefit Auction
Auction items can be dropped off at the Library by Aug. 13. The Benefit Auction and Chicken BBQ is Patterson Library's major annual fundraiser with proceeds supporting children's programs and the purchase of new library materials. For more information call the Patterson Library at 326-2154.
