Summer swimming at the Welch Field Pool

Session two: Monday, June 24 through Friday, Aug. 9

Mondays, Wednesdays,

Fridays

6:45 to 8:10 a.m.: early bird adult lap swim

8:20 to 9:05 a.m.: deep water aerobics

9:10 to 9:50 a.m.: low to moderate impact aerobics

10 to 10:25 a.m.: levels one through four

10:30 to 10:55 a.m.: levels one through four

11 to 11:25 a.m.: levels one through three

11:30 to 11:55 a.m.: levels one through three

11 to 11:50 a.m.: dive team

Noon to 12:50 p.m.: swim team, Monday, Wednesday

1 to 5 p.m.: open swim

5:20 to 6:05 p.m.: deep water aqua, Monday

5:20 to 6:05 p.m.: low to moderate aquacize, Wednesday, Friday

6:15 to 6:45 p.m.: lessons levels 1 thru 3

7 to 8:45 p.m.: evening swim, Monday, Friday

7 to 8:45 p.m.: family swim, Wednesday

Tuesdays, Thursdays

6:45 to 8 a.m.: early bird lap swim

8:10 to 8:45 a.m.: junior lifeguarding

8:50 to 9:30 a.m.: level six

9:35 to 10:25 a.m.: level five

10:30 to 11:10 a.m. levels one through four

11:15 to 11:55 a.m. levels one through four

Noon to 12:50 p.m.: swim team

1 to 5 p.m.: open swim

5:20 to 5:50 p.m.: wee woozles

6 to 6:45 p.m.: high impact aerobics

7 to 8:45 p.m.: evening swim

Saturdays

1 to 5 p.m.: open swim

Welch Field Summer Program highlights

Monday, July 1 through Friday, July 5

Registration is required to participate in a Welch Field activity.

Free time will be from 9 to 10 a.m. and 3 to 5 p.m. every day.

Arts and crafts Tuesdays and Thursday afternoons.

Monday, July 1: capture the flag at 10 a.m.; ping pong tournament at 1 p.m.

Tuesday, July 2: volleyball at 10 a.m.; Olympic event at 1 p.m.

Wednesday, July 3: wiffleball at 10 a.m.; capture the flag tournament at 1 p.m.

Thursday, July 4: no program

Friday, July 5: soccer at 10 a.m.; close early for roller skating at Eason Hall at 6 p.m.
