WESTFIELD - Jason L. Parker, 40, of Elliott St., Jamestown was arrested on a warrant out of the Jamestown Police Department on Saturday, June 22.
According to the police office, officers investigated a suspicious vehicle on Mount Baldy Road in the Town of Westfield around 3:45 p.m. During the investigation, it was allegedly found that Parker had a valid arrest warrant out of the Jamestown Police Department for a vehicle and traffic charge. Parker was taken into custody and turned over to Jamestown police.
WESTFIELD - Ryan M. Woolett, 30, of Union St., Westfield was charged with open burn on Saturday, June 22.
According to the police office, officers responded to Union St., Westfield for an alleged complaint of an open burn around 10 p.m. During the investigation, it was allegedly found that Woolett was burning refuse on his property. Woolett was issued an appearance ticket for a local law violation open burn and is to appear in Westfield Village Court at a later time.
WESTFIELD - Two 14-year-old Westfield male youths were charged with curfew on Sunday, June 23.
According to the police office, officers allegedly observed two male youths on East Main Street in the Village of Westfield around 1:30 a.m. The male youths were issued appearance tickets for a local law curfew violation and are to appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.
WESTFIELD - Thomas F. Stoughton, 30, of Walker Rd., Portland was remanded to the Chautauqua County jail on charges with second-degree aggravated harassment on Sunday, June 23.
According to the police office, officers investigated an alleged past tense domestic incident in the Village of Westfield around 7 p.m. The female victim allegedly stated her ex-boyfriend, Stoughton, was calling her multiple times and threatening her life. Westfield police obtained an arrest warrant and charged Stoughton. Stoughton was allegedly located at this residence by New York State Police Fredonia and was transported to Westfield police for arraignment in Westfield Village Court. Stoughton was unable to post bail and was remanded to jail.
WESTFIELD - A 15-year-old Westfield female youth was charged with curfew on Monday, June 24.
According to the police office, an officer walking the beat allegedly observed a female youth on East Main Street in the Village of Westfield around 4:30 a.m. During the investigation, it was allegedly found the female was 15 years old. The female youth was taken home, issued an appearance ticket and is to return to Westfield Village Court on a later date.
