NORTH HARMONY - Taylor J. Stursa, 20, of Mayville was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree harassment on Friday, May 31.

According to the police office, Stursa was charged after an alleged domestic dispute on the side of the road at State Route 394 in North Harmony. Stursa and the 18-year-old female victim were allegedly arguing, and Stursa allegedly grabbed and pushed the female. Stursa allegedly made unwanted threatening phone contact with the victim thereafter. Stursa turned himself in at State Police Jamestown and was processed. He was arraigned in North Harmony Town Court whereupon he was released on his own recognizance and scheduled to appear on a later date. An order of protection was issued by the court preventing further contact with the victim.
