WESTFIELD - Brenda L. Horr, 33, of Locust Dr., Westfield was committed to the Chautauqua County Jail on charges of third-degree criminal mischief on Wednesday, May 15.
According to the sheriff's office, it and the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Department were called to an alleged domestic dispute between Horr and her husband on Locust Drive in the Town of Westfield around 7 a.m. Upon arrival, officers could allegedly see extensive damage to a car belonging to Horr's husband. After a short investigation, it was alleged Horr had caused the damage to the vehicle by smashing the rood and hood with a rock, scratching the sides and then jumping on the roof of the car. Horr was located a short time later, taken into custody and charged. Horr was arraigned in Westfield Town Court and committed to jail for $1,000/$2,000. She is scheduled to return to court on a later date.
WESTFIELD - Sergio L. Dros, 22, of Rochester, N.Y., was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail on charges of petit larceny on Wednesday, May 15.
According to the police office, officers on patrol in the Village of Westfield noticed a suspicious male at the intersection of Market and Clinton Streets around 2 a.m. The male subject was allegedly found to be Dros. Upon an investigation, Dros was alleged found to have a warrant out of Westfield Village Court and was place into custody. Dros was arraigned in Westfield Village Court and was remanded to jail in lieu of bail.
