WESTFIELD - The Westfield-Mayville Rotary Club auction on Saturday, May 11 will offer many items on which to bid when auctioneer David Brown begins describing each and every one at 6 p.m., in Eason Hall, 23 Elm St., Westfield.
Starting at 5 p.m., not only will there be the opportunity to preview all items, but dinner will be served until 7 p.m. Dinner includes chicken barbecue, potato salad, cole slaw and dessert plus a beverage.
In addition, there also will be the opportunity to take part in a wine raffle and a 50/50 raffle throughout the auctioning, plus the opportunity to win $500. The winner of the $500 drawing must be present to win.
This copper-finished fondue pot is only one of many items to be auctioned Saturday, May 11 by the Westfield-Mayville Rotarians in Westfield’s Eason Hall on Elm Street.
A sample of the items to be auctioned includes two gate passes plus parking for a full day and evening at Chautauqua Institution, evergreen azalea bushes from Westfield Nursery, a back-yard dinner with wine, food and fun, a real popcorn machine, a Sunday buffet luncheon at the Athenaeum Hotel at Chautauqua Institution, a box of candy made by Webb's Candy Shop plus 20 games of mini-golf at Webb's, one night at the inn at Peak 'n Peek plus one day at Splash Lagoon in Erie for four people, nine holes of golf with carts for four players at Point Chautauqua Golf course, one eye exam at Westfield Optical, one night for two adults at Candlelight Lodge Bed and Breakfast, a one-hour massage from Brenda Steele in Westfield, two manicures and pedicures at Main Street Salon, a copper coated fondue pot and many, many more items.
