ASHVILLE - On Saturday, May 4, the Chautauqua Watershed Conservancy will hold its fourth annual Invasive Species Pull from 9 to 11 a.m.
This year's pull will target Garlic Mustard and other invasive species at the CWC's Loomis Goose Creek Wetland Preserve on Route 394 in Ashville next to Ashville Bay Marina. Jamestown Community College Biology Professor and CWC Board Director Becky Nystrom will lead the event.
Anyone who can help should email the CWC at email@example.com. Be sure to wear work boots and gardening gloves and, if possible, bring pruning shears, shovels, pick axes, hand saws and heavy-duty garbage bags.
