GLENDALE, Ariz. - Participants in the third annual Clymer Area Picnic West held on Sunday, March 3 were fortunate to have another beautiful day to celebrate.
Although attendance was down this year due to several who were not feeling well and other complications, there were still 43 attendees. Some were permanent or part-time residents and others traveled to be a part of the gathering.
For the third year, Craig and Diane Eaton welcomed everyone into their beautiful home located in Glendale, Ariz. Those in attendance were former and current residents of Clymer, Findley Lake, Panama, Sherman, Cutting and Mayville, N.Y. Vernon and Marian Humphrey were the oldest attendees and celebrated their 73rd wedding anniversary on Friday, March 15. The group also had the honor again this year of having Dr. John Weeks and family in attendance. Three generations of the Weeks family attended again this year, and the Way, Humphrey and Eaton families were also well represented.
A total of 43 participants attended the third annual Clymer Area Picnic West held on Sunday, March 3 in Glendale, Ariz.
Thanks to Chip Howard's photography experience, there is a group photo of those in attendance. Carole and Russ Hunink and Judy and Norm Upperman were in the valley planning to attend, but unfortunately some were down with illness that plagues this time of year and could not attend.
