WESTFIELD - Robert M. Greenman, 57, of Bourne St., Westfield was charged with failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana on Saturday, March 23.

According to the police office, officers stopped a vehicle on Bourne Street in the Village of Westfield for an alleged traffic infraction around 2 a.m. During the traffic stop, it was allegedly found the operator, Greenman, was intoxicated. Greenman was arrested and issued an appearance ticket. He is to appear in Westfield Village Court at a later time.

WESTFIELD - Todd Reardon, 37, of Union St., Westfield was charged with petit larceny on Tuesday, March 26.

According to the police office, it was notified of a larceny of cash from a purse at a sporting event at Westfield Academy and Central School on Saturday, March 23. During the investigation, video surveillance from the school was obtained and the larceny was allegedly visible on the video footage. After further investigation, it was allegedly found Reardon had allegedly stolen the cash from a purse while at the sporting event. Reardon was charged and is to appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - A 16-year-old Westfield male youth was charged with second-degree harassment on Tuesday, March 26.

According to the police office, officers responded to a domestic in progress on Oak Street in the Village of Westfield around 7:30 p.m. Upon arrival, the officers were allegedly advised a 16-year-old attacked his sister, allegedly punching her in the ribs and face multiple times. Officers arrested the youth, and he will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Matthew Sandberg, 31, of Chapman Beach Rd., Westbrook, Conn., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and speed in zone on Friday, March 29.

According to the police office, a patrolman on West Main Street in the Village of Westfield allegedly observed a westbound vehicle at a high rate of speed for the zone around 8:30 p.m. Upon further investigation, it was allegedly determined operator Sandberg's privilege to operate a motor vehicle in New York State was suspended. The officer issued Sandberg traffic citations, and he will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Carl Walker, 48, of Thompsonhill Rd., Know, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator, failure to keep right and failure to maintain lane on Friday, March 29.

According to the police office, a patrolman on Academy street in the Village of Westfield allegedly observed a southbound vehicle cross the center yellow line of the roadway and white hazard marking multiple times around 10 p.m. Upon further investigation, it was allegedly determined operator Walker's privilege to operate a motor vehicle in New York State was suspended. The officer issued Walker traffic citations, and he will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Thomas M. Pereira, 31, of Oak St., Westfield, was charged with open container on Friday, March 29.

According to the police office, Pereira was allegedly observed walking on the roadway of Oak Street in the Village of Westfield with what appeared to be an open container of alcohol by officers around midnight. Upon further investigation, it was allegedly found Pereira was in possession of an open container of alcohol. Pereira was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Chandler Pool, 22, of Pearl St., Westfield was charged with trespass, Steven Trippy, 21, of E. Main St., Westfield was charged with disorderly conduct and excessive noise for a person and Joshua D. Eppinger, 20, of Wells St., Westfield was arrested for urinating in the police parking lot on Saturday, March 30.

According to the police office, officers responded to a local convenience store on East Main Street in the Village of Westfield for multiple disorderly subjects around 2:45 a.m. Upon arrival, officers allegedly observed multiple subjects yelling and screaming obscenities outside the store. The officers allegedly advised the subjects multiple times to leave the area, which they allegedly refused to do. The officers arrested Trippy for allegedly yelling obscenities outside the store and for violating the Village of Westfield noise ordinance. Upon transporting Trippy to the Westfield Police Department, he was allegedly followed by his friend, Pool, who allegedly refused to leave the police department premises and was charged with trespass. Eppinger was also arrested for allegedly urinating in the police parking lot. All subjects will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - James T. Gross, 26, of E. Main St., Westfield was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail on charges of speed in zone, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest on Sunday, March 31.

According to the police office, officers stopped a vehicle on North Portage Street in the Village of Westfield for an alleged traffic infraction around 12:30 a.m. During the traffic stop, the operator allegedly refused to listen to officers and provide proper identification, all while yelling and swearing at the officers. The operator, allegedly later identified as Gross, was advised he was under arrest and allegedly became combative. After a brief struggle, Gross was placed in custody, charged and arraigned in Westfield Village Court. Gross was unable to post bail and was remanded to jail.
