WESTFIELD - Bruce L. Lichtenberger, 46, of Terrace St., Westfield was charged with unlawful possession marijuana on Thursday, Feb. 28.
According to the police office, it was investigating an alleged suspicious situation on Elm Street in the village. During the investigation, Lichtenberger was allegedly found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Lichtenberger was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.
