ELLICOTT - Taylor Woodward, 22, of Felton Rd., Westfield was arrested on charges of seventh-degree criminal possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana on Saturday, Feb. 9
According to the police office, Woodward was allegedly stopped during a road check and allegedly possessed less than 0.5 grams cocaine and less than 25 grams of marijuana in plain view. Woodward was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Ellicott Town Court and released.
FRENCH CREEK - Dennis C. Teed, 44 of Belknap Rd., French Creek was arrested for third-degree Felony criminal mischief, Felony aggravated cruelty to animals and misdemeanor cruelty to animals on Saturday, Feb. 9.
According to the police office, it was called to Belknap Road in the Town of French Creek in the afternoon for a complaint of a subject shooting and killing a neighbor's dog and shooting and injuring another. Troopers responded and allegedly located Teed who admitted to shooting the dogs because they were trespassing on his land. Teed allegedly stalked and tracked the dogs and killed one as he saw them on his property. Teed was arraigned by the French Creek Town Justice and released on bail.
