WESTFIELD - The Chautauqua Vegetarian-Vegan Society will hold a monthly meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 13 at 6 p.m., in at the YWCA, 58 S. Portage St., Westfield.
The group will watch the educational DVD "Peaceable Kingdom: The Journey Home." It was produced by the founders of the Ithaca, N.Y., based non-profit organization Tribe of Heart. The film features animal rescuers and farmers who stopped raising animals for food.

All food should be vegan - no meat, eggs, milk, butter or other dairy used in preparing it - and organic if possible.
The cost of the dinner is $6 per person, or free for those who bring a dish to share, with reduced rates for children.
