Afghan raffle benefits cat rescue shelter

WESTFIELD - In late fall, the Westfield Academy and Central School's high school student government held a raffle for a "Blue and White" Wolverine Afghan.

Members of the high school student government sold changes at school and at the homecoming football game. All proceeds from the afghan raffle went to support the Westfield Stray Cat Rescue shelter. A total of $131.50 were raised.
