RIPLEY — Even with all the excitement surrounding the holidays, the Ripley Free Library had some added excitement of its own. A wedding took place here on Dec. 28 for Robert Lesko and Denise Garrott. The ceremony was performed by the Hon. Judge Charles Carr before a group of friends. This was followed by a musical parade to Meeder’s Restaurant for dinner and pie and concluded with a private party at the home of Mike Rowe and Amy Near. Robert Lesko has been a visitor to the town of Ripley for many years. The library appealed to both he and his bride to be the perfect setting to exchange their vows.
