SHERMAN - We recently enjoyed a January thaw so as I write today, there is no snow on the ground. However, the temperature today has dropped to 20 degrees and predictions are for snow in the near future. Since it's near mid-January, it's to be expected. One might as well bring in the wood, stoke up the fire and "hunker down", for as February arrives the cold increases, as the old folks used to say.
The Sherman Wildcats basketball teams are still doing well and are to be congratulated. I hope some of you are enjoying those games.
