NORTH HARMONY - North Harmony Senior Citizens met on Monday, Nov. 19 for a park loin dinner with 61 members present.
Committee was Mac and Elle McNeill, Rita Lescynski, Ronda Hatfield and Bonnie Johnson. Birthday cake made by Marti LaFreda for Rudy Derby and Kathy Silzle. Anniversaries for November were Norm and Paula Czubaj, Ron and Carol Smith and Glenn and Mary Pratt.
Blessing prayer by Gordy Sauilsgiver and flag salute by Steve Saulsgiver. Secretary report read by Pat Baker, assistant secretary. Motion made by Pat Saulsgiver and seconded by John Smith and accepted. Treasurer Nate Ferry gave his report. Paul Holthouse motioned to accept and seconded by Audrey White and accepted.
It was reported there would be no more movie and lunch until April. Reported by Paul Holthouse that the crafters are still making lap roles and wheelchair packets. It was reported by Izetta Ayling that the membership was 109 members and six honorary ones. The grounds chairman Earl Ferry said the grounds still have the "green side up."
The trip to Cleveland to the Garfield house will leave the club at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 11 at a cost of $38. Meals are separate.

Ellen Caffaro reported senior counsel dinner dance netted around $200. There were nine members present at the meeting in November in Mayville. She also said there would be a tour of the Jackson Center in Jamestown on Thursday, Dec. 13. The next council meeting will be at Frewsburg in January.
A thank you was given by Sally Carlson thanking all who helped her with the election night dinners. A thank you note was received from Terry Kindberg from safety village at BOCES.
The nominating committee, Dorothy Krause, Barb Johnson and Elle McNeill, reported new officers for 2013: Earl Ferry, President; Sally Carlson, First Vice President; Steve Saulsgiver, Second Vice President; Norm Czubaj, Secretary; Pat Baker, Assistant Secretary; Nate Ferry, Treasurer; and Mac McNeill, Assistant Treasurer.
50/50 winners were Penny Rassi and Earl Ferry. Each winning $17.75 each and the club receiving $35.50.
