On Nov. 19 at 2:07 p.m., Westfield police stopped a vehicle driven by Dwane G. Franklin, 40, of 29 Eastland Parkway, Cheektowaga for an alleged traffic violation on Chestnut Street. During the traffic stop, it was allegedly found that Franklin's driving privileges were suspended in New York state. He was charged with speed in zone and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. He will appear in Westfield Village Court at a later date.
