November 28, 2012
Westfield Republican / Mayville Sentinel News

RIPLEY - The Ripley Free Library board members and staff would like to express their thanks and gratitude to everyone who supported the library throughout the year through regular patronage, donations, grants, participation at fundraising events and club memberships.

Many thanks to the Friends of the Library who play an active role in keeping the library a welcome place to visit, and a special thanks to all the volunteers who gave of their time and effort to keep things running smoothly.

They also give thanks the Ripley Free Library is now automated, allowing patrons easy access to libraries in Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties. It was a combined effort of many helping hands to make this possible.

Lastly, they give thanks to those who voted "yes" on our recent proposition at the polls. It is through this kind of support that they can continue to keep the library a focal point of they community for young and old alike. Thank you everyone.
