WESTFIELD - A 17-year-old Westfield male youth was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail on charged of third-degree burglary and fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property on Wednesday, Nov. 14.

According to the police office, after a recent investigation, it arrested the mail youth. Allegedly, the male entered a building and was later found to be in possession of stolen property. The male youth was arraigned in Westfield Village Court and was remained to jail on bail of $500 cash or $1,500 property. The youth will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Three people, Courtney L. Copfer, 34, of Lincoln Ave, Erie, Pa., Allen L. Banister, 44, of Main St., Lake City, Pa., and David R. Halko, 51, of Sirlancelot Dr., Erie Pa., were charged after the investigation of a suspicious situation on Friday, Nov. 16.

According to the police office, it investigated an alleged suspicious situation at a local convenience store on E. Main St., in the Village of Westfield around 1 a.m. During the investigation, an officer allegedly observed Copfer exit the vehicle she was a passenger in and begin urinating in the parking lot. Also during the investigation, it was allegedly found Banister, another passenger, was in possession of an open can of alcohol and Halko, the alleged operator of the vehicle, allegedly possessed a revoked New York State driver's licence. Copfer was arrested for disorderly conduct. Banister was arrested for possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Halko was arrested for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. All subjects will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Theresa Roos, 53, of W. 23rd St., Erie, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and speed in zone on Saturday, Nov. 17.

According to the police office, an officer on patrol on W. Main St., in the Village of Westfield allegedly observed a west bound vehicle at a high rate of speed for the zone and stopped said vehicle around 1 a.m. Upon further investigation, the officer discovered the vehicle's alleged operator, Roos, allegedly had her privileges to operate a motor vehicle in New York State suspended. The officer issued Roos a traffic citation. Roos will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Noel S. Coldiron, 40, of S. Chester Rd., Swarthmore, Pa., was charged with speed in zone and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator on Sunday, Nov. 18.

According to the police office, Coldiron was stopped for an alleged traffic infraction around 4 p.m. During the traffic stop, it was allegedly found that Coldiron's driving privilege was suspended in New York State. Coldiron was charged and arraigned in Westfield Village Court. Bail was posted, and Coldiron was released. He will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.
