RIPLEY - A very successful scramble to support the scholarship fund drive of the Ripley Veterans Roll of Honor was held recently.
Ryan and Pete Miller from Brocton won the scramble. The event, held at Lakeside Golf Course, raised $1,800 thanks to the great support of many businesses and individuals who sponsored a hole. A total of 28 in all from Ripley, Westfield and North East, Pa., gave their support.
Ripley veterans would like to thank all who participated in the fundraiser.
