CLYMER - Timothy Hostetler, 17, of Clymer, was arrested for fourth-degree criminal mischief on Monday, Oct. 8.
According to the police office, a trooper responded to a report of vandalism that occurred at a residence in Clymer. An investigation allegedly revealed the suspect, Hostetler, drove his horse and buggy in an intoxicated condition down Mina-French Creek Rd., and lost consciousness. The buggy allegedly exited the roadway and caused several hundreds of dollars in damage to the complainant's garden and truck. Hostetler was arrested, processed at State Police Jamestown, and is scheduled to appear in Mina Town Court later in the month.
