WESTFIELD - A 19-year-old Westfield male was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief on Sunday, Oct. 7.
According to the police office, it responded to a residence on Academy Street in the Village of Westfield for a window that was smashed out of the front door around 10 a.m. Upon further investigation, officers were able to locate a 19-year-old male who allegedly caused the damage to the window. The subject was arrested and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Westfield Village Court.
