Lesmes, who is a correctional officer at Lakeview Correctional Facility in Brocton, is accused of bringing contraband into the facility and providing it to several inmates. The contraband is described as food items, which is also a violation of the New York State Correctional Services rules and regulations. Lesmes was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Portland Town Justice Court at a later date and released.
