WESTFIELD - Travis L. Lanneaux, 25, of Route 20, Westfield was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, moved from lane unsafely and failure to keep right on Friday, Sept. 28.

According to the police office, patrolmen were dispatched to be on the lookout for a vehicle driving all over the roadway around 10 p.m. Officers were able to locate the vehicle, which was allegedly crossing center lines and white fog line of the roadway. Upon further investigation , Lanneaux allegedly had his privileges to operate a motor vehicle in New York State suspended. He was issued traffic citations and will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Jeni M. Ion, 19, of Cider Mill Rd., Erie, Pa., Brittany L. Malina, 19, of East 36th St., Erie, Pa., and Larissa Lee Ann Will, 19, of Fairlawn St., Erie, Pa., were each charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and Ion was also charged with fail to keep right on Saturday, Sept. 29.

According to the police office, a vehicle operated by Ion was stopped for an alleged traffic infraction. During the stop, an odor of marijuana could allegedly be smelled by officers. It was found the three were all in possession of a small quantity of marijuana. They were all charged and will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Alexcy Gaev, 37, of Clifton Dr., Erie, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, tailgating, unsafe passing and failure to use designated lane on Saturday, Sept. 29.

According to the police office, an officer was on patrol on N. Portage St., in the Village of Westfield when they allegedly observed a subject operating a motor vehicle in very close proximity to a vehicle directly in front of theirs around 6:30 p.m. While the officer was behind the vehicle, they allegedly observed the subject make an unsafe pass on the right of the vehicle they were tailgating. Upon further investigation, it was found the privileges of the operator, Gaev, to operate a motor vehicle in New York State were allegedly suspended. Gaev was issued traffic citations and will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Josh P. Northrup, 31, of Clinton St., Westfield was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Sunday, Sept. 30.

According to the police office, a vehicle was stopped for an alleged traffic infraction around 1:30 a.m. During the traffic stop, a passenger, Northrup, was allegedly found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana. Northrup was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - An 18-year-old male youth from Erie, Pa., and a 16-year-old youth from Erie, Pa., were each charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Sunday, Sept. 30.

According to the police office, police investigated an alleged suspicious vehicle parked at a local establishment on E. Main St., in the Village of Westfield around 4 a.m. During the investigation, officers could allegedly smell an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Two male youths were both in possession of a small quantity of marijuana. Both were charged and will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Wendy Blakeslee, 32, of Washington St., Westfield was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator and one head light on Monday, Oct. 1.

According to the police office, a patrolman on E. Main St., in the Village of Westfield allegedly observed a vehicle traveling on E. Main St., with a head lamp out. Upon further investigation, it was determined the vehicle was allegedly being operated by Blakeslee, and her privileges to operate a vehicle in New York State were allegedly suspended. Blakeslee was issued traffic citations and will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.
