MINA - Gregory Griswold, 26, of Clymer was arrested for second-degree criminal contempt on Monday, Sept. 24.

According to the police office, a trooper patrolled to a residence in Mina for a report of a violation of an order of protection. An investigation allegedly revealed the suspect, Griswold, intentionally placed himself in the presence of the victim, directly in violation of the order of protection, stemming from a prior arrest. Griswold was arrested and processed at State Police Jamestown. He was then arraigned in Sherman Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
