Police find gun in suspect’s car

A handgun was discovered in the 2003 Buick Century driven by Anthony R. Taglianetti II after he was taken into custody Friday afternoon, Sept. 28 near Shenandoah Valley National Park in Virginia.

On Saturday, Chautauqua County Sheriff Joe Gerace could not definitively say it was the weapon used to fire three gunshots and take the life of Clymer Superintendent Keith Reed Jr. on the night of Sept. 21, but did say the gun was sent for ballistic tests to see if that was the case.
