NORTH HARMONY - Gregory Milne, 54, of Dewittville was charged with driving while intoxicated on Saturday, Sept. 22.
According to the sheriff's office, it received a call of a person slumped over the wheel of a car in the Town of North Harmony on Route 394 around 9:45 a.m. Upon arrival, Milne was allegedly found to be slumped over the wheel of his vehicle, and, upon further investigation, Milne was charged with DWI. Milne is set to appear in North Harmony Town Court on a later date.
RIPLEY - James D. Howser, Jr., 32, of E. Lake Rd., Northeast, Pa., was charged with speed in zone, unlicensed operator, uninspected motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance, driving while intoxicated and DWI per se on Saturday, Sept. 22.
According to the sheriff's office, deputies allegedly observed a vehicle to be traveling at a high rate of speed on W. Main St., in the Town of Ripley around 11:30 p.m. Deputies stopped the vehicle on W. Main St. The driver of the vehicle was allegedly identified as Howser. After further investigation, it was alleged Howser was intoxicated. He was arrested for multiple traffic violations and DWI. He will appear in Ripley Town Court on a later date and time.
FRENCH CREEK - Jilian M. Chludzinski, 29, of Cheektowaga was arrested and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail on charges of second-degree menacing and fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon on Saturday, Sept. 22.
According to the sheriff's office, deputies responded to Peak 'n Peak in the Town of French Creek around 11 p.m. Chludzinski was taken into custody and charged following an alleged incident. According to witnesses, Chludzinski was allegedly a patron at the Regency Pub in the hotel with a wedding reception. The bar manager allegedly informed Chludzinski and the other bartenders Chludzinski was not to be served any additional alcohol due to her visible intoxication. Chludzinski allegedly threatened to stab the bar manager. Moments later, Chludzinski allegedly returned to the bar and again attempted to be served. Allegedly, she was again denied alcohol service, pulled a knife and swung it at the bar manager in an attempt to stab the manager. A security officer was present and allegedly disarmed and detained Chludzinski until deputies arrived. Chludzinski was arraigned in French Creek Town Court and was sent to jail with bail set at $4,000.
