WESTFIELD - The NorthLake Family Recreation Center, located at 39 Nichols Ave., Westfield, will hold a ceremony on Saturday, Sept. 22 at 1 p.m., commemorating the one year anniversary of the dedication of one of its soccer fields to Sgt. Kevin White.
White, a graduate of Westfield Academy and Central School, was killed while on tour in Afghanistan in May 2011.
The ceremony will be held before two WACS boys' soccer games, modified and varsity, against Frewsburg.
