RIPLEY - Bring dancing shoes to the annual Night at the Noble Winery on Friday, Sept. 21 at 6 p.m., with singer Rob Vance, sponsored by the Ripley Free Library.
Join in a night of wine and song while saying goodbye to summer. Tickets are on sale now at the Ripley Free Library and the Noble Winery for $12.50 per person.
Due to a scheduling conflict, the book signing with author Deborah Cihon on Thursday, Sept. 27 has been cancelled. It will be rescheduled in October.
The annual book sale is over and the Friends of the Library have reopened the Friends Rooms where anyone can pick up great books at bargain prices. The room will be open during the library's regular hours of operation year round. As an added treat, "Merlin," the library's vision enhancer machine, has found a home there. This machine will help anyone who has difficulty reading small print. Stop in for a cup of coffee and check it out.
