JAMESTOWN - Randall Rothwell, 23, of Mayville was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana on Tuesday, Sept. 11.
According to the police office, a trooper pulled over a vehicle on I-86 at Exit 12 for an alleged traffic violation. While speaking to the driver, Rothwell, the trooper allegedly smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. The trooper searched the interior of the vehicle and located a marijuana cigarette. Rothwell was arrested and issued an appearance ticket for Ellicott Town Court.
