BRANT - Justin M. Stanfield, 25, of Portland was arrested for fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana on Thursday, Sept. 6.
According to the police office, Stanfield was stopped for a traffic violation and allegedly found to possess over one ounce of marijuana on St-20 on the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation. He was processed at the State Police station in Collins and released on an appearance ticket for later date in the Town of Brant.
