Autumn leaves bus trip to the Hidden Valley Animal Adventure Park
Travel with the Westfield Recreation Department on Tuesday, Oct. 9 to the Hidden Valley Animal Adventure Park in Varysburg, N.Y., and take a one hour guided trolley, view the windmills at the Noble Bliss Wind Park, visit Vidler's and the Made in America Stores. Lunch, not provided, will be at Johnny Bear's Restaurant at Darien Center, N.Y. The cost is $45 per person.

Skate park is open
The skate park at the Welch Field will be open from 3 to 8 p.m., weather permitting.
Helmets are required and a number of them are available for use at the skate park.
Help with yard work and odd jobs
Westfield residents needing help with yard work and odd jobs are asked to call the Westfield Recreation Department at 326-4243 and it will assist in arranging for a local teen to help.
