WESTFIELD - Casey S. Monroe, 25, of Morris Street in Mayville was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance outside of original container on Sunday, Aug. 19.
According to the police office, the department was investigating an alleged suspicious situation at West Main Street and Chestnut Street in the Village of Westfield around 12:30 a.m. During the investigation, it was allegedly found that Monroe possessed a controlled substance. He was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.
WESTFIELD - A 16-year-old female Westfield youth was charged with curfew on Friday, Aug. 24.
According to the police officer, a known female youth allegedly out past curfew was observed by patrol on East Main Street around 1 a.m. Police issued an appearance ticket to the youth who will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.
