WESTFIELD - The Westfield Senior Citizens met Thursday, July 12 at 4 p.m., at Mayville Park for a "brown-bag" supper. At 5 p.m., the group had a scenic, informative tour on the Chautauqua Belle. The weather was perfect, and the boat trip around Chautauqua Lake was enjoyed by all.
There was no August meeting. The September meeting is the 54th anniversary celebration with a roast chicken dinner catered by Calarco's. This will be held at the YMCA at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 13. The cost is $5 per person. A reservation must be made and the $5 paid by Saturday, Sept.1. This can be done by contacting Shirley Kolpien at 326-3576 or Dolores Kaufman at 326-2828.
