STOCKTON - Josh Moore, 32, of Mayville was arrested on the charge of petit larceny on Monday, Aug. 13.
According to the police office, Moore was allegedly observed stealing a can of gasoline from a residence on Stockton Hartfield road in the Town of Stockton. Troopers caught up with him at his residence, and he was arrested and issued a ticket for Stockton Town Court on Monday, Aug. 20 at 7 p.m.
