A crew of workers replaced the crosswalk on the corner of Main and Elm Streets on Friday, Aug. 2 in the Village of Westfield after Route 20 was recently repaved. The outline of the crosswalk was marked on the road, followed by the application of a sticky substance and finished with the crosswalk lines being unrolled and adhered to the road.
