Dewittville Auxiliary smorgasbord
The Dewittville Auxiliary will present its annual smorgasbord at the Dewittville Fire Department, located at 5459 East Lake Road or Route 430 on Thursday, July 12 and Thursday, Aug. 9 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. The cost is $7 for adults, $4 for children ages 6 to 12 and free for children 5 and under. Reflective house number signs are made to order and are only $10 if picked up or $16 if mailed.
Westfield Senior Citizens
The Westfield Senior Citizens meet on the second Thursday of the month at the YWCA Westfield at 6 p.m.
Parkinson's support group at Absolut Care
The Absolut Care of Westfield's Parkinson's Disease Support Group Meeting is held the second Thursday of the month in the Absolut Care Activity Room from 4 to 5 p.m.

DAR day luncheon
The annual Daughters of the American Revolution day luncheon at Chautauqua Institution will be at 1 p.m., Monday in the Hotel Athenaeum. Speakers will include Gretta Archer, Vice President General, National headquarters, Daughters of the American Revolution, Washington, D.C. She is from Randolph, a member of the Jamestown Chapter and will bring news from the Continental Congress which has just been held. Also speaking will be Dr. Arthur Salz, Professor of Education, Queens College, City University of New York, who will talk about the Jewish involvement in the American Revolution. Members of the DAR, Sons of the American Revolution and Children of the American Revolution are expected. Guests are invited. More information is available from coordinator Janice Weitz at 753-3715.

Mayville Senior Citizens
The Mayville Senior Citizens Club meet on the first and third Thursdays of the month at the Mayville VFW at noon. All area seniors 55 or older are welcome. Bring a dish to pass and personal table service.

The summer program meets every Thursday at 9:30 a.m. for six weeks. Led by Amy Stephenson, there are lots of fun and activities. Stop by the library to register.
Dream Weavers: Summer program for age 3 to kindergarten
The program for this age group meets each Thursday at 10:30 a.m. The group is led by Amy Stephenson.

Sarah and the Sandman: Summer program for grades 5-6
The summer program for children going into grades five and six meets every Monday at 10:15 a.m. for six weeks and is led by Sarah Funka.
Glow in the Dark Party
The Octagon Gallery will host a special Glow in the Dark Party at 11:15 a.m. The party, for all ages, will feature the chance to become a constellation, learn how things glow in the dark, make a glowing painting, and more.
Zombies: Summer program for grades 7-8
The summer program for grades 7-8 meets Mondays at noon. It is led by Eli Guinnee.

Book Bats: Summer program for grades 1-2
The summer program for children entering first and second grade meets Tuesdays at 9:15 a.m. It is led by Wade Dellow.
Star Gazers: Summer program for grades 3-4
The program for those who will be third and fourth graders in the fall meets Tuesdays at 10:15 a.m. and is led by Wade Dellow.
All summer programs feature lots of fun activities based on the theme of "Dream Big - Read!" All summer programs and special events are free. Stop by the library at 40 S. Portage St., Westfield to register.
