WESTFIELD - Adam C. Warner, 23, of 7261 Prospect Road, Westfield, was changed with unlawful possession of marijuana on July 7. According to a report, police responded to North Portage Street at about 1:30 a.m. to assist Warner with a vehicle lockout. Upon assisting Warner with unlocking his vehicle, a patrolman allegedly observed marijuana in the center console of Warner's vehicle. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in village court at a later date.

WESTFIELD - Dean J. Nelipowitz, 43, of Courtland Avenue, Buffalo, was changed with failure driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and failure to maintain lane on July 3. At about 11:18 p.m., police stopped a vehicle being operated by Nelipowitz on East Main Street in the village of Westfield for traffic violations. Upon further investigation, Nelipowitz was allegedly found to be intoxicated. A check of his driving record showed a prior conviction for DWI in the past 10 years. He was arraigned in village court and was sent to Chautauqua County Jail on $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 property bond.
