SHERMAN - Ryan E. Blair, 32, of 1 E. Fourth St., Apt. C, Erie, was changed with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana on July 6 at 7:35 p.m. According to police, during a traffic stop on Waits Corners Road, Blair was allegedly found in possession of marijuana and was issued appearance tickets.

CHAUTAUQUA - Thomas J. Douglas, 26, of Ashville was charged with failure to keep right and DWI refusal on July 5. According to police, at about 2:20 a.m., Douglas was stopped along Route 394 for failure to keep right. Upon investigation, he was arrested for DWI. Douglas refused to submit to a chemical test and will appear in court at a later date.

MAYVILLE - Clarissa M. Dickey, 21, of 83 E. Chautauqua St., Mayville, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child on July 5. According to police, at about 10:30 a.m., a 3-year-old child was found wandering outside. After an investigation, the child was returned home to his mother. Later that day, the same child was found wandering again. Dickey was charged and will appear in town of Chautauqua court at a later date.

CHAUTAUQUA - Jessica M. Swan, 35, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree harassment on July 4. According to police, Swan allegedly struck a subject in the face while at the Hartfield Bay Caf in Mayville at 1:28 a.m. Swan was issued an appearance ticket for the town of Chautauqua court.
