WESTFIELD - Andrew J. Barry, 24, of Old Chautauqua in Sinclairville was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right on Tuesday, June 26.

According to the police office, patrol on North Portage Street in the Village of Westfield allegedly observed a southbound vehicle cross the center yellow lines of the roadway multiple times around 2:30 a.m. Upon further investigation, Barry was allegedly found to be operating the vehicle and was allegedly found to be intoxicated. Barry was charged and will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Mark K. Holland, 32, of Tiffany Boulevard in Rocky Mountain, N.C., was charged with speed in zone and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on Wednesday, June 27.

According to the police office, police stopped a vehicle allegedly being operated by Holland on North Portage Street in the Village of Westfield around 5:45 a.m. Upon investigation, it was allegedly found Holland's driving privileges in New York State had been suspended. Holland was released with uniform traffic tickets and will appear in Westfield Village Court to answer the charges.

WESTFIELD - Calvin D. Kinsey, 23, of Lincoln Street in Dunkirk, Taylor R. Lawson, 20, of Academy Street in Westfield and Kayla M. Wiberg, 20, of West Main Street in Brocton were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Saturday, June 30.

According to the police office, it investigated a report of suspicious vehicles parked on South Portage Street in the Village of Westfield around 1:30 a.m. During the investigation, it was allegedly found the three possessed a small quantity of marijuana. All were issued appearance tickets and are due in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Tara L. Boltz, 34, of Potter Road in Mayville was charged with operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile phone, violating a restricted use license, unlicensed operator and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on Sunday, July 1.

According to the police office, police allegedly stopped a vehicle operated by Boltz for a traffic infraction on Clinton Street in the Village of Westfield around 1 a.m. During the stop, it was allegedly found Boltz had a conditional license which was expired and suspended as well as operating the vehicle outside of her driving conditions. Boltz was issued traffic tickets and will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.
