WESTFIELD - An 18-year-old Westfield male was charged with trespassing on Wednesday, June 13.

According to the police office, officers responded to a trespass complaint at a local business on East Main Street in Westfield around 7:30 p.m. According to the complainant and the police, the 18-year-old male has allegedly been warned several times to stay off the property. The 18 year old was arrested and will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Jeffery L. Duttry, 44, of Poplar Street in North East, Pa., was arrested on a Warrant our of the Ellicott Police Department on Friday, June 15.

According to the police office, officers stopped a motorcycle on West Main Street in Westfield for an alleged traffic infraction. During the investigation, it was allegedly found the operator of the motorcycle, Duttry, had an active arrest warrant. Duttry was arrested and handed over to Ellicott police to answer the warrant.

WESTFIELD - Tyler S. Bowen, 20, of South Erie Street in Mayville was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marihuana and controlled substance outside original container on Saturday, June 16.

According to the police office, officers were on patrol on East Main Street in the Village of Westfield when they allegedly observed suspicious activity involving three subjects on the sidewalk. Upon speaking with the subjects, Bowen was allegedly found to be in possession of marihuana and a controlled substance. Bowen was arrested and arraigned in Westfield Village Court where bail was set at $1,500 cash and $3,000 property.

WESTFIELD - Tara Boltz, 33, of Potter Road in Mayville was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument on Saturday, June 16.

According to the police office, officers were dispatched to Academy Street for a narcotics investigation in the Village of Westfield around 5 p.m. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Boltz who was allegedly found to be in possession of hypodermic needles and a small amount of cocaine. Boltz was arraigned in Westfield Village Court and bail was set at $500 cash and $1,000 property.

WESTFIELD - Julia M. Rummings, 31, of Bourne Drive of Ripley was charged with disorderly conduct on Monday, June 18.

According to the police office, officers were dispatched to the area of Washington Street in the Village of Westfield for a disorderly person around 4:30 p.m. Upon arrival, Rummings was allegedly using obscenities in the roadway. This alarmed citizens who were in the area and she was charged with disorderly conduct. Rummings will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - David J. Green, 21, of North Gale Street in Westfield and Christine M. Botham, 22, of East Lake Road in Westfield were each charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Wednesday, June 20.

According to the police office, a suspicious vehicle was allegedly observed leaving the Westfield Cemetery on East Main Street in the Village of Westfield around 2:15 a.m. Officers were able to catch up with the vehicle and perform a traffic stop on Jefferson Street in the Village of Westfield. The driver of the vehicle was allegedly identified as Green. The other occupant of the vehicle was allegedly identified as Botham. Both subjects were allegedly found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana. Both subjects were issued appearance tickets for unlawful possession of marijuana and will appear in Westfield Village court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Christian A. Chaparro, 25, of North Erie Street in Mayville was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail on charges of three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance outside of the original container on Friday, June 22.

According to the police office, officers responded to Academy Street in the Village of Westfield for a reported male lying on the side of the road unresponsive around 5:30 a.m. Upon arrival, officers allegedly observed the male in question. During the investigation, it was allegedly found Chaparro was tired and passed out on the side of the road. Also during the investigation, it was allegedly found Chaparro was in possession of cocaine, ecstasy, vicodin pills and marijuana. Chaparro was charged, arraigned in Westfield Village Court and sent to jail on bail. Chaparro is to appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - A 16-year-old male from Westfield was charged with curfew violation on Saturday, June 23.

According to the police office, police allegedly observed a male youth walking on pleasant Avenue in the Village of Westfield around 12:30 a.m. The youth was allegedly warned previously about being out past curfew. The youth was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Jared A. Duckwall, 31, of Heather Lane in Randolph was charged with inadequate brake lights, unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator on Saturday, June 23.

According to the police office, police allegedly observed a vehicle with only one working brake light around 12:30 a.m. A traffic stop was performed at Pearl Street and East Main Street in the Village of Westfield. During the stop, it was allegedly found the operator, Duckwall, had a suspended license and his license was also expired. Duckwall was issued traffic tickets and will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Leanne J. Dowdall, 25, of Elm Street in Mayville was charged with criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance outside original container, unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of plates, swinging plates and less than two lighted tail lamps on Sunday, June 24.

According to the police office, officers were on patrol on East Main Street in the Village of Westfield when they allegedly observed a vehicle with only one lit tail lamp after dark around 2:45 a.m. Upon further investigation, it was found the license plate was improper for the vehicle it was affixed to and the vehicle was unregistered. Upon further investigation, officers allegedly observed multiple pills in plain view spill in front of officers by Dowdall. Officers allegedly determined the pills to be controlled substances Dowdall did not have a prescription for. Dowdall was also allegedly found to be in possession of multiple hypodermic needles.

WESTFIELD - Chaz T. Clutter, 20, of Cass Street in Westfield was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration on Sunday, June 24.

According to the police office, police were investigating a suspicious situation on East Main Street around 2:45 a.m. Officers allegedly interviewed two males, one of whom was Clutter. As officers were investigating, Clutter allegedly ran on foot away from the officers. After a brief foot chase, Clutter was taken into custody and charged. He will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Kenneth J. Kimmy, 42, of an unknown address was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail on a warrant out of Westfield Village Court on Monday, June 25.

According to the police office, Chautauqua County Sheriff's Deputies allegedly came into contact with Kimmy in Clymer, N.Y., around 1:30 a.m. Kimmy allegedly had an active bench warrant for vehicle and traffic charges. Kimmy was placed in custody and turned over the Westfield Police which arraigned Kimmy in Westfield Village Court. Kimmy was unable to post bail and was sent to jail. He will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.
